Anyone else decide that a treadmill is a great idea and then once you start, realize how out of shape you really are. Everytime I get on it.. and I am trying to use it at least 4-5 times a week.. I am surprised at how sweaty I get with just walking fast. I must be very out of shape. Running a bit on it, but with my little legs I don't get great distances. Well... I guess at least I am getting a bit healthier :)
This is my summer car and I would like to look a little slimmer getting out of it this summer LOL.
Ready for spring.. even bought a new sundress :)
